We’re looking for a mid-level React Native developer to join our growing mobile development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform utility mobile applications using React Native.
• Implement and manage app monetization strategies, including:
• AdMob (Banner, Interstitial, Rewarded Ads)
• In-App Purchases (IAPs) and subscriptions
• Integrate Firebase services such as:
• Authentication
• Firestore / Realtime Database
• Firebase Analytics
• Crashlytics
• Cloud Messaging (Push Notifications)
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs (analytics, ads, attribution tools).
• Prepare, test, and publish production builds on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Optimize app performance, stability, and scalability for high-usage utility apps.
• Develop responsive and high-performance UI components for both Android and iOS.
• Debug crashes, fix memory leaks, and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver seamless app experiences.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in mobile monetization, Firebase tools, and app optimization.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in mobile app development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React Native, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Proven experience building and maintaining utility-based mobile applications.
• Solid experience with Firebase integration (Auth, Analytics, Crashlytics, Push Notifications).
• Practical knowledge of app monetization models (Ads & In-App Purchases).
• Strong understanding of Android & iOS build processes, deployment, and store guidelines.
• Experience with Expo, App Center, or similar CI/CD tools.
• Familiarity with Git, version control workflows, and collaborative development.
• Ability to troubleshoot platform-specific issues using Android Studio and Xcode.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with native modules (Java/Kotlin, Swift/Objective-C).
• Knowledge of Redux Toolkit, React Query, or similar state management solutions.
• Experience optimizing apps for retention, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Hands-on experience with Push Notifications, Deep Linking, and App Analytics.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design tools like Figma for pixel-perfect implementation
