Senior Web Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Web Developer to join our marketing team as a key technical resource responsible for building and maintaining high-performance, responsive, and visually polished web experiences. This role bridges IT and marketing, translating UX/UI designs into fully functional digital assets for our corporate website, campaign landing pages, and microsites that drive marketing initiatives.

You will apply your strong front-end development expertise and technical skills to bring marketing projects to life, working closely with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to collaborate across functions are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the development, maintenance, and optimization of website features, pages, and digital experiences
• Translate Figma-based UX/UI designs into responsive, accessible, and well-optimized front-end code
• Lead the implementation of best practices for performance, SEO, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
• Collaborate closely with designers and marketing stakeholders to execute campaign-driven web initiatives
• Maintain and enhance the WordPress infrastructure, including custom themes and Elementor-based implementations
• Identify technical gaps and proactively drive continuous improvements
• Support and mentor a mid-level developer, providing guidance on complex technical challenges
• Stay up to date with emerging front-end technologies, tools, and digital trends

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in web development with a strong front-end focus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant certifications or advanced training in web development, front-end technologies, or UI/UX design are a plus
• Continuous learning mindset with a commitment to staying updated on emerging web technologies and industry best practices

Skills & Tools Required

• Front-end Development: Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React for building scalable and responsive web applications.
• UX/UI Implementation: Skilled in accurately interpreting and implementing design specifications from Figma to create pixel-perfect digital experiences.
• WordPress Expertise: Hands-on experience in WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin creation, with proficiency in Elementor for page building and site customization.
• Performance & SEO: Strong knowledge of web performance optimization, SEO fundamentals, and accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure inclusive and efficient web experiences.
• Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Hotjar to support data-driven marketing efforts and website performance analysis.
• Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work cross-functionally with design and marketing teams, providing mentorship and support to mid-level developers while managing workload independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Additional Skills: Exposure to A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, headless CMS architectures, and basic backend concepts, including RESTful APIs, is desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
