Job Title: React Native Developer (with Flask Backend Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented React Native Developer with solid backend experience using Flask (Python) to join our growing team. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling mobile applications that provide seamless user experiences, while also developing RESTful APIs and backend logic using Flask.

This is a cross-functional role where you’ll work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to create powerful, scalable, and beautiful mobile experiences. Responsibilities

Frontend (React Native):

• Develop and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
• Optimize application performance and ensure smooth UI/UX.
• Integrate third-party APIs and SDKs as needed (e.g., Firebase, Stripe, etc.).
• Collaborate with designers to implement intuitive user interfaces.

Backend (Flask):

• Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Flask.
• Integrate with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Implement authentication, authorization, and data validation.
• Ensure secure and scalable backend infrastructure.
• Write unit and integration tests to maintain code quality.

Requirements Must-Have:

• 2–4+ years of professional experience with React Native.
• 1–3+ years of experience developing APIs using Flask.
• Proficiency with JavaScript (ES6+), React hooks, and modern mobile dev tools.
• Experience working with REST APIs and asynchronous data handling.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX standards.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• MacBook (M1 or later) required for iOS development and testing.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with TypeScript in React Native.
• Familiarity with deployment processes (e.g., App Store, Play Store).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Exposure to GraphQL or WebSockets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
