About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. This role is perfect for someone eager to work with modern web technologies and contribute to building high-quality, scalable, and interactive applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing, testing, and deploying web applications using the MERN stack
• Collaborate with senior developers, designers, and product managers to implement features and improvements
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
• Work with APIs (RESTful or GraphQL) for data integration
• Support bug fixing, troubleshooting, and application performance optimization
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions to improve code quality
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in web development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 1–2 years of experience in full-stack development (internship or project-based work considered)
• Basic proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
