Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Laravel Full Stack Developer to join our team at SoftwareForge.Tech. This role requires expertise in backend development using Laravel while also handling frontend tasks using Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap. You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining our web applications, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop backend components using Laravel & PHP and integrate with frontend systems
• Design user-friendly frontend interfaces using Tailwind CSS & Bootstrap
• Optimize database performance and manage MySQL/PostgreSQL databases
• Develop and maintain APIs & RESTful web services for seamless data exchange
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications
• Work closely with designers, frontend developers, and project managers to ensure smooth execution
• Ensure application security, scalability, and performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Laravel developer with a strong understanding of backend development
• Proficiency in PHP, Laravel framework, and MVC architecture
• Experience working with MySQL/PostgreSQL and optimizing queries
• Solid understanding of frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, and Bootstrap
• Experience with building and consuming APIs
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Vue.js or React.js for frontend enhancements
• Knowledge of server management & deployment
• Understanding of Agile or Scrum development methodologies
