Job Title: React.js Developer
Location:-Pennington, NJ (Hybrid)
Hire type:- W2 Contract
Job Summary:
The React.js Developer will play a key role in building modern, responsive web applications that align with our business goals. You will work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers to translate Figma designs into high-quality, scalable front-end code. This role requires a strong understanding of React.js, component-based architecture, and front-end best practices.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Develop responsive, reusable, and efficient web components using React.js.
Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, interactive user interfaces.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of devices and browsers.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer review code changes.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and suggest improvements where necessary.
Stay up to date with the latest front-end technologies and trends.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js.
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with JSON data.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Experience working with Figma or similar design tools to translate UI/UX designs into code.
Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Physical Requirements:
The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
Occasional overtime work may be required.
Professional, fast-paced, high-intensity office environment.
