NCTI is headquartered in Phoenix, AZ. This role requires in-office presence at least two days per week, with flexibility to work remotely for the other three days.

Role Overview

The Enterprise Development Manager plays a dual role in Real Colors’ growth:

  • 60% Prospecting & New Business Development: Identify and engage new enterprise clients using consultative prospecting and sales techniques.
  • 40% Account Management: Nurture and expand existing client relationships to ensure long-term success.

This role requires strong relationship management skills and the ability to help organizations see how Real Colors can strengthen communication, leadership, and team performance.

Success in This Role

Each day will be different for the Real Colors Enterprise Development Manager. The mornings could be filled with prospecting and building new enterprise relationships. The afternoon could be filled with discovery meetings with new clients or getting new contracts executed.

Your primary client audience will be executives and mid-level leaders responsible for human resources, talent development, training, and culture initiatives.

Primarily, your days are filled 60% with hunting—identifying opportunities, running a consultative sales process, and closing new business with large organizations.

The other 40% of your day, you will focus on developing relationships with customers, becoming their trusted resource for success. This ensures longevity of our products and services inside customer’s organization or in new organizations as they move into new roles.

Ultimately, if you are successful, you will grow our business by building successful, long-term relationships with clients.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Prospect into enterprise-level accounts using outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and targeted campaigns.
  • Build relationships with executives and mid-level leaders to understand their training and development needs.
  • Drive the full sales cycle: discovery, solution design, proposal development, and contract execution.
  • Deliver consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain a strong and active pipeline of opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Represent NCTI/Real Colors at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Travel as needed to meet prospects and clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-up.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as you and the company evolve.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, related field is preferred
  • 8+ years experience in sales, account management, or related field
  • Strong customer service and client management skills
  • Pleasant and professional communication skills when working internally and with clients
  • Ability to build working relationships with coworkers, clients, and vendors
  • Phenomenal attention to detail
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Basic editing and proofreading skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude to support all departments in a small company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 base with an OTE of $120,000
