The Opportunity

NEXHOMES is seeking elite Off-Plan Specialists to join our fast-growing team. If you have the network and the knowledge to navigate Dubai’s most anticipated project launches, we have the platform to scale your income. We provide the leads, the luxury marketing, and the RERA licensing—you focus on building investor portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

Project Mastery: Stay ahead of the curve on all upcoming launches from top developers (Emaar, Nakheel, Sobha, Danube, etc.).

Investment Advisory: Consult HNWIs on payment plans, projected capital appreciation, and post-handover ROI.

Launch Coordination: Represent NEXHOMES at project launches, roadshows, and developer events.

Portfolio Management: Build long-term relationships with international and local investors to drive repeat purchases and portfolio growth.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in Dubai Off-Plan Sales.

Developer Network: Strong existing relationships with developer sales managers to secure units in high-demand launches.

Market Insight: Deep understanding of Dubai’s master plans (Dubai 2040) and area-specific growth drivers.

Communication: Exceptional presentation skills, capable of explaining complex payment plans and escrow regulations to global clients.
