This role includes a base salary plus a commission structure, with all the tools and support needed to help you succeed from day one.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing within the Dubai market
• Strong phone communication skills and ability to make effective, high-volume calls
• Confidence in handling inquiries and closing deals
• Professional demeanor and a passion for real estate
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
