Position: Experienced Property Acquisition Specialist

Southern California | Remote | Commission-Based

We are currently hiring experienced Property Acquisition Specialists who can hit the ground running. You should already be in the game — whether you’re working with another wholesale operation, flipping on your own, or already closing multiple deals per month.

If you have deal flow, we’ll match your current structure — or beat it.

This is not a training role. This is for closers ready to plug into a fast-growing, investor-backed company built by operators who understand the hustle.

Your Responsibilities

• Source investment properties via calls, texts, networking, and digital outreach
• Build rapport with property owners, agents, and wholesalers
• Lock up deals with speed and confidence — direct-to-seller or through agents
• Maintain your CRM pipeline with detailed notes and consistent follow-ups
• Hit aggressive KPIs (offers submitted, contracts secured, closings per month)
• Work with our dispositions team to align properties with buyer demand

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in real estate sales or wholesaling
• Demonstrated history of closing multiple acquisitions
• Strong understanding of real estate contracts, comps, and negotiation tactics
• Laptop, phone, CRM familiarity (we’ll provide tools)
• Based in Southern California
• Positive attitude, team mindset, ready to scale

Compensation

• Uncapped Commission + Bonus Pay
