Real Estate Acquisitions Manager

We are a fast-growing real estate investment company specializing in residential property acquisitions and flipping. We’re seeking a driven and results-oriented Acquisitions Manager to join our team and help grow our portfolio by securing off-market properties directly from homeowners.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive to residential properties and meet with homeowners to present purchase offers
• Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with homeowners
• Negotiate and close property purchase agreements
• Evaluate properties by calculating ARV (After Repair Value), rehab costs, and purchase price
• Follow up consistently with warm homeowner leads
• Maintain accurate lead tracking and deal updates

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in off-market real estate sales (required)
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven
• Willing and able to do door-to-door outreach
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Real estate closing experience is a plus
• Door-to-door sales experience is a plus

Compensation

• 100% commission-based: $5,000–$10,000 per closed deal
• Performance-based bonuses on the backend
• Potential to close 2–5 deals per month
