Job Description:

Dar Al Mizan Real Estate is looking for a dynamic and motivated Admin cum HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling both administrative tasks and HR functions to ensure smooth operations within the company. This position will require someone with strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
Organize and maintain property-related records and documents. Prepare contracts, lease agreements, and disclosure forms, ensuring compliance with real estate regulations.

Client Communication:
Serve as the main contact for clients, answer inquiries, and schedule showings, meetings, and follow-ups.

Coordination and Scheduling:
Coordinate schedules for agents and office personnel. Organize inspections, appraisals, and closings, ensuring timely follow-ups on transactions.

Financial and Transaction Management:
Manage invoices, payments, and financial documents. Track budgets, expenses, and commissions, assisting with escrow and closing processes.

Human Resources Duties:

  • Assist in recruitment and hiring processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees, ensuring all required documents are completed.
  • Coordinate employee benefits and manage employee leave requests.
  • Support performance management processes, including tracking performance appraisals and providing necessary assistance.
  • Assist with employee relations and resolve HR-related queries.
  • Maintain HR database and update employee information as required.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in real estate or administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of real estate procedures, regulations, and documentation is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with real estate software (CRM).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Preferably female candidates (Egyptian/Algerian).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
