Real Estate Admin cum HR Specialist (FEMALE ONLY)

We are looking for a smart, organized, and confident female professional to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage property listings, developers registration, and document filing
• Handle calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
• Support the sales team with client follow-ups and marketing activities
• Prepare and update property advertisements on portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.)
• Manage day-to-day office operations and reports.

Key Responsibilities for Human Resources (HR):

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: from job posting and CV screening to scheduling interviews and conducting initial screenings.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming integration into the company.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential employee records and HR databases.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries.
• Assist in performance management and probation review administration.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Residence in Dubai: The candidate must be currently residing in Dubai.
• Experience: A minimum of one year of experience as an admin in a real estate brokerage office
• Proficiency in creating and using smart forms, such as A, B, F.
• Strong experience in preparing and posting advertisements on major real estate platforms like Bayut and Property Finder.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
