Real Estate Admin ( Holiday Home experienced)

We are looking for a Real Estate Administrator(FEMALE) to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in real estate and holiday home operations, with strong skills in handling administrative tasks and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for real estate and holiday home operations
  • Coordinate property listings, contracts, and documentation
  • Handle CRM entries, updates, and lead management efficiently
  • Support the sales and leasing team with required reports and follow-ups
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Admin in Dubai
  • Background in holiday home operations is a must
  • Proficient in CRM systems (experience in real estate CRMs preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
