Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrator & Sales Agent to manage operations while actively supporting the sales process and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update property listings while handling all related documentation
  • Coordinate effectively with clients, agents, and developers
  • Schedule property viewings and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Follow up on leads and respond to client inquiries
  • Support the sales process, including negotiations and closing deals

Requirements

  • Experience preferred in real estate
  • Prior experience as a sales agent is an advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
