About Us: Sahak Properties is a dynamic boutique real estate brokerage company in Dubai. We are looking for a dedicated and organized Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support our growing team.

Position: Real Estate Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the real estate team
  • Manage property listings and client databases
  • Coordinate property viewings and appointments between the agents
  • Assist in compliance
  • Prepare and process real estate documents and contracts
  • Assist in marketing and promotional activities
  • Assist with HR activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a real estate administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software (e.g., CRM systems)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to handle deadline and stress
