Real Estate Administrative Assistant

CLOSED® Title, www.closedtitle.com a rapidly growing title company with 25+ offices is looking for a Real Estate Administrative Assistant for our national headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This is an in-office, full-time position.

Duties required:

  • Respond to clients by answering phones and responding to emails
  • Assisting in daily operations, accounting, compliance
  • Handle state filings for LLC and title licenses
  • Handle insurance renewals, bonds, E&O, etc
  • Handle title data call requirements
  • HR- assist with payroll, benefits
  • HR- healthcare administration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Experience:
