Position: Real Estate Agent
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time

Salary & Commission Structure:

• First 3 months: AED 2,000 salary + 50% commission on successfully closed deal
• After 3 months: 60% commission (no salary)

Your Role:

As a Real Estate Agent, you will act as the bridge between developers and buyers. You will manage the entire process—from acquiring clients to completing the sale—and professionally represent our brand.

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in the Dubai real estate market.
• Strong negotiation, excellent communication, and sales skills.
• In-depth understanding of the Dubai property market, including off-plan and secondary markets.
• A valid RERA broker card is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
• Advanced English (additional languages are a plus).
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
• Currently residing in Dubai.
• Any nationality can apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Generate, qualify, and manage leads to build a robust client portfolio of buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords. Act as an intermediary in negotiations between parties to ensure fair and ethical transactions.
• Market Expertise: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay informed on Dubai's dynamic real estate trends, property values, and legal regulations. Provide expert advice to clients on market conditions, prices, and investment opportunities.
• Property Marketing and Sales: Create compelling property listings and descriptions. Develop and execute effective marketing strategies, including digital campaigns and property viewings, to attract potential buyers and tenants.
• Transaction Management: Guide clients through the entire sales or leasing process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal. Prepare and manage all necessary legal paperwork, including contracts, agreements, and other official documents, ensuring compliance with RERA regulations and UAE Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws for real estate transactions.
• Professional Development: Continuously update your knowledge of the real estate market, legal changes, and best practices. Maintain a professional and trustworthy relationship with clients and all stakeholders involved in a transaction.
