We are seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. You must have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the property market in Pakistan, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in the buying, selling, and renting of properties.
- Conduct market research to identify competitive property prices and market trends.
- Schedule and conduct site visits, property showings, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and clients.
- Promote properties through online platforms, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Advise clients on property values, legal requirements, and current market conditions.
- Prepare and review sales agreements, contracts, and other legal documents in coordination with legal teams.
- Negotiate offers and closing deals between buyers and sellers.
- Stay up to date with government regulations, housing schemes, and real estate laws in Pakistan.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate).
- Experience: 1–3 years in real estate sales or a related field (Fresh candidates with high motivation may be considered).
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property listing portals (e.g., Zameen.com, Graana, OLX).
- Familiarity with local property laws and urban development authorities (e.g., CDA, LDA, DHA, etc.).
- Language: Fluency in Urdu and English.
- License: Real estate certification/license (if applicable or required in region).
