Real Estate Agent

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Conduct market research to provide clients with accurate property valuations.
• Arrange property viewings and accompany clients during site visits.
• Negotiate offers and close property transactions in line with company policies.
• Maintain updated knowledge of Dubai’s real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Prepare necessary documents such as contracts, agreements, and forms.
• Work closely with developers, landlords, and mortgage consultants to support clients.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a real estate agent in Dubai
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market, communities, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• RERA certification (preferred or willing to obtain).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
