What You'll Do:

✅ Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions

✅ Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company resources

✅ Conduct property showings and market analyses

✅ Negotiate offers and contracts

✅ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and legal requirements

✅ Provide outstanding customer service throughout the buying/selling process

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a real estate agent or broker (1+ years preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Familiarity with local real estate market

Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, MLS, and marketing platforms
