Real Estate Agent

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in accordance with their needs and budget.
• Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of available properties and prospective clients.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
• Prepare legal documents such as contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements.
• Stay informed about market trends, property values, and legislation affecting the real estate industry in Dubai.
• Provide guidance and assistance to clients throughout the entire property transaction process.
• Collaborate with developers, property owners, and legal professionals.
• Advertise properties through digital platforms, listings, open houses, and social media.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and market conditions.
• RERA certification (or willingness to obtain it).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
