Job Description:

We are hiring experienced Real Estate Agents who are passionate, proactive, and ready to grow in the Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months experience in the Dubai real estate market and must have closed at least 2–3 deals in the last 6 months.

Responsibilities:

Actively seek out and engage client prospects

Handle client inquiries and provide guidance on property buying, selling, and leasing

Schedule and conduct property viewings

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Negotiate and close real estate transactions

Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, developments, and legal regulations

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months real estate experience in Dubai

Proven record of 2–3 closed deals in the last 6 months

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Valid UAE driving license (preferred)

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player

Fluency in English (additional languages is a plus)
