- Source, list, and advertise properties for sale and rent through various channels (online portals, social media, company website).
- Prepare high-quality property descriptions, photos, and videos.
- Conduct market research to determine competitive pricing and trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, tenants, and investors.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and provide accurate property information.
- Understand clients’ needs and match them with suitable properties.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective clients.
- Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Ensure deals meet legal and company requirements.
- Prepare tenancy contracts, sales agreements, and other required paperwork.
- Coordinate with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) or other emirate authorities for property transactions.
- Ensure compliance with RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) regulations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales or leasing targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell company services (mortgage assistance, property management, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records of sales, clients, and transactions.
- Attend property exhibitions, open houses, and networking events.
- Stay updated on property laws, market trends, and community developments in the UAE.
- Maintain a strong network of landlords, developers, and brokers.
- Provide post-sale/lease assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle property handover processes smoothly.
- Address client concerns or issues professionally.
