Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Property Consultant. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients, assisting them in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to determine their property needs, conducting market research, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and maintaining client relationships. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills to provide an excellent client experience.

Role Description

• Daily calls to potential landlords and sellers.
• Conduct market appraisals for listings.
• List properties on our CRM system property finder.
• Qualify clients and arrange viewings.
• Acting as a negotiator and find suitable outcomes for both parties.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and build a strong relationship based on trust and transparency.
• Keep record of properties, clients, and owners.
