Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement
- Prospect, generate, and qualify leads through various channels (online listings, referrals, networking, etc.).
- Provide personalized property consultations based on clients’ needs and budget.
- Property Transactions
- Assist buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants through the entire transaction process.
- Prepare and present property listings, conduct property viewings, and arrange open houses.
- Draft and review tenancy contracts, sales agreements, and other legal documents in line with local regulations.
- Market Research & Advisory
- Stay updated on current property listings, real estate market trends, and pricing.
- Advise clients on fair market value, property investments, and financing options.
- Negotiation & Closing
- Negotiate offers and terms between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
- Ensure smooth completion of property transactions, coordinating with legal, mortgage, and regulatory entities.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and closed deals.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, Property Consultant, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of local property market trends and regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
- Valid real estate license/certification (as per local regulatory requirements).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Russian, Mandarin) are an advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
