Real Estate Agent

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while providing professional advice and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads through company-provided sources and personal networking.
• Conduct market research to identify property values, trends, and opportunities.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Maintain an updated database of available properties and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and investors.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Real Estate / Banking / Credit Cards / Similar)
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate joining preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Presentable, confident, and target-driven.
• UAE Driving License will be an added advantage
