Key Responsibilities

Conduct property presentations, viewings, and negotiations with clients.

Assist clients in understanding the real estate market, project offerings, and investment opportunities in Dubai.

Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Stay updated with market trends, legal requirements, and property regulations in Dubai.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in UAE real estate (required)

Strong knowledge of the Dubai market and developers (Off plan & Secondary)

English and Arabic-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Professional appearance and a client-focused approach.

Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.

Must have a strong interest in content creation (social media, property listings, and client engagement)

Working Hours

Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Work Location

Office 2011, DAMAC Heights, Barsha Heights, Dubai, Dubai, UAE

Relocation

Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate prior to joining.
