What You’ll Do

• Work with buyers, sellers, and investors to navigate real estate transactions
• Generate and nurture leads through networking, prospecting, and marketing
• Conduct open houses, showings, and market analysis
• Guide clients through every step of the buying or selling process
• Collaborate with a supportive team and stay up to date with local market trends

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of proven experience in sales (real estate a plus)
• Active real estate license (or in process of obtaining)
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow
• Familiarity with CRM tools and social media platforms is a bonus
