Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent with 2+ years of experience in property sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging clients, presenting properties, and closing deals in both the off-plan and secondary markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and convert marketing-provided hot leads into successful property sales.
• Engage with clients to understand their property needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Showcase off-plan and secondary market properties to potential buyers.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
• Negotiate and close property deals in alignment with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a real estate agent in Dubai or UAE.
• Strong knowledge of off-plan and secondary market properties.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• UAE driving license is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary+ Commission: Salary and 50:50 split on all sales.
• Visa: Provided by the company.
• Leads: Marketing-generated hot leads will be provided; no cold calling required.
