Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell off-plan and secondary market properties from leading developers in the UAE.
  • Build and maintain a strong client base through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.
  • Conduct property tours, virtual presentations, and client meetings to showcase investment opportunities.
  • Advise clients on market trends, property values, and ROI to support informed decisions.
  • Coordinate with developers and the internal marketing team to ensure smooth sales processes.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth.
  • Maintain accurate client and deal records in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in UAE real estate (off-plan experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and developer projects.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages (Hindi, Arabic, etc.) is a plus.
