About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Real Estate Agent with proven experience working directly with 
property developers in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of 
property transac8ons from sourcing and promo8ng lis8ngs to closing deals while building strong 
rela8onships with both clients and developer partners.
Your experience in handling off-plan and ready projects, understanding of developer processes, and 
ability to navigate exclusive lis8ngs will be key to your success. You’ll work closely with our internal 
team and benefit from robust support systems, but we’re looking for someone confident, connected, 
and capable of independently driving results in a compe88ve market.
Key Responsibili2es
• Represent and guide clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of residen8al and commercial 
proper8es, with a strong focus on developer projects (off-plan and ready).
• Build and maintain strong rela8onships with developers and agency partners to gain access to 
exclusive lis8ngs and projects.
• Conduct property viewings, present op8ons tailored to client needs, and provide expert 
guidance throughout the decision-making process.
• Nego8ate offers and close deals, ensuring the best outcome for clients while maintaining 
professionalism and compliance with market regula8ons.
• Manage the full transac8on lifecycle—from client onboarding to final contract signing and 
handover.
• Stay informed on Dubai’s real estate trends, off-plan launches, market shi\s, and RERA 
regula8ons.
• U8lize CRM systems and digital marke8ng plaForms to manage leads, update lis8ngs, and 
maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the marke8ng and admin team to support property promo8ons, client followups, and documenta8on.
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in Dubai, with a strong preference for 
candidates who have worked directly with property developers (off-plan and ready projects).
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to close deals, supported by a solid sales track record in a compe88ve 
market.
• Excellent nego2a2on, communica2on, and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused 
approach.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and online real estate plaForms for lead management, lis8ng 
updates, and repor8ng.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of addi8onal languages is a plus.
Preferred Candidates to Have
• Direct experience working with developers or developer-exclusive projects.
• An exis8ng network of contacts within Dubai’s real estate community.
• Confidence in managing high-value and exclusive lis8ngs independently.
