Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and foster strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in sales leadership, strategic planning, and team development, along with an established network of brokers to help support business expansion.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to deliver outstanding results.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand Sobha Realty’s footprint.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 1–5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing top-performing teams.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• An established network of brokers or real estate partners is a strong advantage.
