Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through online portals, networking, and client referrals.
• Promote and market off-plan and ready properties from top Dubai developers.
• Conduct property viewings (onsite and virtual) and guide clients through the buying process.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the Dubai property market, trends, and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers/developers to close transactions successfully.
• Manage and update CRM systems with client information and follow-ups.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide exceptional after-sales service and build long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales (Dubai experience preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual with a passion for sales.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
