Property Consultant (Offplan & Secondary) — Join Empire Infratech Real EstateAttractive commission structure + monthly payments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while maintaining strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries and follow up with potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Conduct property viewings, attend developer briefings, and guide clients throughout the sales process.
• Present and promote both off-plan projects and secondary market listings.
• Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers to achieve successful closures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and competitors.
• Build and manage a personal client database while leveraging company-provided leads.
