Key Responsibilities:

• Promote & sell off-plan properties from leading UAE developers
• Build and manage a strong buyer/investor database through networking & referrals
• Conduct property tours, virtual presentations, and client meetings
• Provide expert advice on Dubai market trends, ROI & investment opportunities
• Manage client pipeline using CRM & support deal closures smoothly
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

Requirements:

• 6+ months of Real Estate Sales experience in UAE (Off-Plan preferred)
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of Dubai developers & communities
• Target-driven, motivated & confident closer
