Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and property portals.
• Promote, list, and sell residential and commercial properties across Dubai and other Emirates.
• Guide clients through the buying, renting, and investment process.
• Conduct property viewings and market analysis.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and co-agents.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, legal regulations, and project launches.

Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High level of motivation, self-discipline, and hunger for success
• Fluent in English (Arabic/Hindi/Other languages a plus)
• UAE real estate experience preferred, but not mandatory
• Knowledge of CRM and Dubai real estate platforms (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder) is a plus
• UAE Driving License is an advantage (but not compulsory)
