Real Estate Agent

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team as a French, Spanish, German, Chinese SPEAKER Property Consultant at K & S Properties LLC.

As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, and selling properties within Dubai's vibrant real estate market.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in identifying opportunities within the Dubai Real Estate Market that align with their requirements and preferences.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends, prices, and developments in Dubai.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Coordinate property viewings and accompany clients during property visits.
• Negotiate property prices and facilitate the closing process to ensure a smooth transaction for all parties involved.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the entire buying, selling, or renting process.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve team goals and targets.

Requirements:

• Perfect communication skills and presentable appearance are essential for this role.
• Fluency in English and one of these languages (Spanish, Chinese, French or German).
• Previous sales experience in any related field.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple client relationships and transactions simultaneously.
