About the Role

We are looking for experienced and motivated Real Estate Agents to join our team in Business Bay. This role is ideal for professionals who understand Dubai’s property market and are committed to delivering consistent results. Agents will work with both local and international clients and support them throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.

This is a commission-based position with growth potential for agents who consistently perform well.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate, manage, and convert leads for sales and leasing opportunities
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable options to clients
• Stay informed about Dubai real estate trends and project launches
• Advise clients based on their budget, preferences, and investment goals
• Negotiate terms and support clients through the closing and handover process
• Maintain accurate records of listings, clients, and transactions in CRM
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales efficiency

Requirements

• Experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan or secondary market preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills
• UAE driving license and car preferred but not required
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• RERA certification or willingness to obtain it
