We are expanding our team and looking for motivated, confident, and social media–savvy female real estate agents to join our vibrant team.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only (due to team composition requirements)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market (off-plan experience preferred)
• Fluency in Russian, Arabic, and/or English (multilingual candidates preferred)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Active on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) and able to promote listings effectively
• Knowledge of Dubai’s property developers and current market trends
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented
