With three years in the industry, we are rapidly expanding our portfolio and market presence. We are now looking for motivated and driven Sales Agents to join our energetic team.

Job Description

This is a commission-based role designed for ambitious individuals who want unlimited earning potential. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing clients, conducting viewings, and closing deals. The more you close, the more you earn.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through calls, networking, and online platforms
• Manage and convert inquiries from company-generated leads
• Conduct professional property viewings
• Negotiate offers and finalize sales
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
• Stay updated on Dubai market trends and new property launches
• Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets

You're A Great Fit If You Have:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivation and a drive to exceed targets
• Passion for real estate and client satisfaction
• English is mandatory; other languages are a plus
• Experience with Dubai Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred)
