Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Real Estate Agent, responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and driving sales for the company. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be expected to identify sales leads, pitch products, and services, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Additionally, this role will require regular reporting of sales progress and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Real estate experience in Dubai and proven community expert in one area.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Languages: English, Russian, German, and Arabic is a plus.

Role

• Provide dedicated services to buyers and investors and assist in purchasing and selling, primary and secondary real estate properties.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
• Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
• Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents.
• Be highly presentable to be consumer-facing when required.
• Adhere to real estate laws and has a good knowledge in finance, mortgage and related government protocols.
