Role Description: Real Estate Agent (Leasing Specialist)

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, specializing in property leasing. The Real Estate Agent (Leasing Specialist) will be responsible for client interactions, property viewings, leasing transactions, and providing expert advice on Dubai’s real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in finding suitable rental properties, both residential and commercial.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings for potential tenants.
• Draft and finalize lease agreements, clearly outlining terms, duration, and pricing.
• Create property listings, capture quality photos, and advertise across platforms to minimize vacancies.
• Manage rental agreements, maintain up-to-date records, and process daily deposits.
• Handle inquiries, resolve tenant issues, and provide timely support for service requests.
• Negotiate lease terms on behalf of property owners.
• Conduct property inspections to ensure proper maintenance and compliance.
• Research the local rental market to provide accurate pricing insights and stay informed on current trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth transactions and facilitate lease renewals.
