Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and RERA-approved Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing real estate team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of proven experience in residential and/or off-plan property sales, strong market knowledge, and a client-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and actively pursue sales opportunities in residential, commercial, and off-plan properties
  • Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, developers, and investors
  • Negotiate and close property deals in compliance with UAE real estate regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of listings, clients, and transactions using CRM systems
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and RERA regulations
  • Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and relationship managers to ensure smooth transactions

Requirements

  • Valid RERA certification (mandatory)
  • 2–3 years of UAE real estate sales experience
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of UAE property laws and real estate market trends
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional appearance
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)
