Adorn Real Estate Brokers L.L.C. is hiring motivated and driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. If you are passionate about property sales, client relationships, and high earning potential, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties for sale or rent
• Conduct property viewings and present listings professionally
• Negotiate offers and successfully close deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, communities, and competitor activity
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and client data using CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, administration, legal) to ensure smooth deal flow
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships

Requirements

• 1–5 years of real estate experience in the Dubai market
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English
• Additional languages such as Arabic, Persian, Russian, or German are a plus
• Experience with CRM systems and property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.)
• Familiarity with social media platforms for property marketing
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional approach

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary starting from AED 3,000+, depending on experience
