Real Estate Agent

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. No prior real estate experience is required — however, strong sales skills and excellent communication abilities are essential. This is a commission-only role, and earnings begin once you successfully close your first deal. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of sales experience in any industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and promote property listings across Dubai real estate developers
• Coordinate with the admin team to submit, update, and maintain accurate property listings
• Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and negotiations
• Advise clients on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
• Handle the full sales and leasing cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Negotiate offers and successfully close sales and rental transactions
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum one year of sales experience (real estate experience is a plus but not required)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated
• Willingness to learn the Dubai real estate market
• Ability to coordinate efficiently with admin and listing teams
• Professional and ethical conduct
