About Us

We are a fast-growing holiday homes and short-term rental management company in Dubai, managing premium furnished apartments in prime locations. We partner with property owners to maximize rental income through professional management, marketing, and guest services.

We are looking for a driven Real Estate Agent who can help us expand our portfolio and increase occupancy.

Role Overview

Your main responsibility is to grow our property portfolio and secure short-term tenants. This is a high-earning opportunity for someone who understands the Dubai property market and is confident in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Owner Acquisition (Partnerships)

• Identify and approach property owners interested in earning higher returns through short-term rentals
• Present our management model and income projections
• Convert property owners into long-term management partnerships
• Build relationships with landlords, investors, brokers, and developers
• Conduct property viewings and assessments for suitability as holiday homes

Short-Term Tenant Sourcing

• Generate bookings through direct leads, corporate clients, and brokers
• Handle inquiries from potential short-term tenants
• Coordinate with internal operations team for availability and pricing
• Ensure high occupancy rates across managed properties

Requirements

• Experience in Dubai real estate (leasing or sales preferred)
• Strong network of property owners and investors is a big advantage
• Understanding of the short-term rental / holiday home model (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• UAE driving license preferred

Compensation

• Attractive commission on each property owner partnership secured
• Commission on bookings or tenants sourced
