Real Estate Agent

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) – Real Estate Agent (Abu Dhabi)

  • Generate qualified leads through calls, referrals, walk‑ins, and online platforms.
  • Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and follow‑ups to convert inquiries into deals.
  • Manage the full sales and leasing cycle, from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Prepare and update property listings, marketing content, and online advertisements.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to achieve successful closures.
  • Ensure accurate preparation of tenancy contracts, sales agreements, and related documentation.
  • Maintain CRM records, track leads, and update client interactions regularly.
  • Coordinate with landlords, developers, and internal teams for approvals and paperwork.
  • Support clients with property inspections, handovers, move‑in and move‑out processes.
  • Stay updated on Abu Dhabi market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets while maintaining high service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with ADM, RERA, and company policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

  • REAL ESTATE : 1 year (Preferred)
