We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Real Estate Agent to help buyers, sellers, and renters navigate the property market. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, skilled negotiator, and self-starter who can build lasting client relationships while closing successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and client consultations
• Prepare and present market analyses, pricing strategies, and property valuations
• Negotiate offers, contracts, and transaction terms on behalf of clients
• Guide clients through the entire transaction process from listing to closing
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow up with leads
• Stay informed on local market trends, regulations, and property values
• Collaborate with brokers, lenders, inspectors, and attorneys as needed
