Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, networking, referrals, and digital platforms
• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties across Dubai
• Conduct property viewings and presentations
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Negotiate offers and close deals professionally
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
• Keep up-to-date with Dubai real estate market trends and regulations
• Manage CRM system and maintain accurate client records

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai real estate (preferred)
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Dubai property market is a plus
